By accessing or using the Nitesh Jewellery app and website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
2. Product Authenticity
- All gold jewellery is BIS Hallmarked, guaranteeing the stated purity
- All silver jewellery is 925 Sterling Silver minimum
- Each piece includes a Certificate of Authenticity
- Weight and purity displayed in-app are accurate to ±0.05g
3. Pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of GST
- Prices are based on current gold/silver rates and may change without notice
- Price at the time of order placement is final, even if rates change later
- Making charges are clearly displayed for each product
4. Order Placement
An order is considered placed only after successful payment confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of:
- Stock unavailability
- Suspected fraud
- Pricing errors
- Delivery to restricted areas
5. Payment
We accept payments via:
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
- Credit / Debit Cards
- Net Banking
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — for orders below ₹50,000
All online payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Free shipping on orders above ₹5,000
- Standard shipping: ₹99 for orders below ₹5,000
- Delivery time: 3-7 business days within India
- All shipments are fully insured
- Delivery requires signature and valid ID verification
7. Returns & Exchanges
We offer 7-day easy return from the date of delivery, subject to:
- Product is unused and in original condition
- Original packaging and certificates included
- No customization or engraving
- Customer pays return shipping (we'll provide return label)
Refund issued within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
8. Buyback / Exchange
Lifetime buyback available on all jewellery, with the following terms:
- Gold: 100% of current market value for gold weight, minus making charges
- Silver: 90% of current market value
- Stones and embellishments evaluated separately
- Original invoice required
9. Use of the App
You agree NOT to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the app
- Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions
- Resell our products without authorization
10. Intellectual Property
All content (logos, designs, product images, text) belongs to Nitesh Jewellery and is protected by copyright. No reproduction without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the value of the specific order in question.
12. Disputes & Jurisdiction
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India where our registered office is located.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes implies acceptance.
