• Order History — to provide order tracking and customer support
• Device Information — basic technical info for app analytics and crash reporting

• To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and delivery notifications

• To notify you of relevant offers and new products (you may opt out)

3. Payment Information

We do NOT store your credit/debit card numbers, UPI PINs, or net banking passwords. All payments are securely processed by Razorpay, a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Google Firebase servers, which use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES at rest). We follow strict security practices including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS)
• Role-based access controls
• Regular security audits

5. Information Sharing

We share your information only with:

• Razorpay — for processing payments
• Courier partners — to deliver your orders (name, address, phone only)
• Google Firebase — for app infrastructure

We do NOT sell your data to third parties, ever.

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of your account and data

We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be notified via the App and email. Continued use after notification implies acceptance.
